In Dollhouse, there is a secretive company which has men and women in a mostly mind-wiped state of being when they are not “working.” They spend their days quietly – doing yoga, showering, swimming, and exercising. Their days are not stressful at all in order to help ease the mind-wiping and personality replacement system. Wealthy people or companies hire the Dollhouse to use one of their Actives for special assignments – anything from being a caring mid-wife to breaking in and robbing a vault of antiques.
Each mission carries unique turmoils and sometimes, things go wrong! Dollhouse follows the life of Echo, who was once named Caroline, as she starts to become self-aware despite the mind-wiping and personality replacement process.
